Belmar Welcomes Hyatt House, Tstreet Roadhouse and Iffi’s Eyebrow Threading
Two New Retailers Opening This May

Lakewood, Colo./May 10, 2016 – Belmar, downtown Lakewood’s shopping and dining district, is pleased to welcome three new businesses that opened this spring as well as two new retailers opening in May.

Hyatt House, Belmar’s first hotel, is open and offering overnight and extended-stay lodging on the southwest side of the center. Tstreet Roadhouse, part of the Roadhouse Hospitality Group’s family of popular Colorado restaurants, is now serving dishes that feature locally sourced produce and Colorado-raised, hormone-free Angus beef. Iffi’s Eyebrow Threading, a beauty salon, opened on May 8.

Hyatt House is a six-story, 135-room hotel located at Belmar on West Alaska Drive. Recently named one of the “10 Best Hotel Chains for Families” by PARENTS magazine, Hyatt House features apartment-style suites. Options include studio, one or two bedroom suites, each with a full kitchen, bedroom, bath and living area. Tstreet Roadhouse opened to rave reviews in late March. From the restaurant’s comfortable, outdoor patio seating to the soft lighting and spectacular bar indoors, every element evokes a classic, sophisticated setting. Tstreet Roadhouse serves meals all day, including red velvet pancakes, Roadhouse burritos, Thai salad, margherita pizza, short rib gyros, as well as house specialties, including short rib enchiladas, the Buddha burger and mahi-mahi fish tacos. Iffi’s Eyebrow Threading, a locally owned esthetics salon and the only place in Belmar to offer the ancient threading method of hair removal, is now open adjacent to LOFT.

In addition to these exciting developments, Belmar is pleased to announce two new locally owned shops opening in May. PS Sweet Shoppe brings fresh, handmade and old-time sweets and confections to Belmar and will be located next to Ted’s Montana Grill. Dandoo’s Fine Imports specializes in jewelry, women’s clothing and home accessories from India and Nepal, and will open next to A Taste of Colorado. Both of the new retailers will be open center hours.

Belmar features more than 80 stores and restaurants. Stores include Sur La Table, White House | Black Market, Nordstrom Rack, Chico’s and Victoria’s Secret. Dining options range from The French Press and Champa St. Burger Works to The Rock Wood Fired Kitchen and Wasabi Sushi.
