Belmar, located at Wadsworth and Alameda in
Lakewood, will host the fifth annual Italian
Food and Wine Festival on September 20-21,
2008. The two-day event celebrates Italian culture
by featuring the sights, sounds and flavors
of Italy.
Vendor Services
• Advance support regarding menu, equipment,
licenses and more
• 9’ x 9’ tent (includes set up and tear down)
• One 8’ banquet table, skirted and draped, for serving
• Two 6’ tables, skirted and draped, shared between booths
• Booth signage with company name
• Waste water barrels
Participation
Fees UNTIL June 1, 2008
Fees for the 2008 event will be:
• $770 for each 9’ x 9’ space
• $1,100 for each 9’ x 18’ space
• $200 security deposit to be returned post-event

• $1,150 for each 9’ x 18’ space
• $200 security deposit to be returned post-event
Payment
• $200 security deposit is due no later
than June 1, 2008 (separate check, please).
• Participation Fee is due June 1, 2008.
All fees MUST be paid in full by this date.
• Vendors located outside of Colorado are
required to pay the full fee June 1, 2008 and
payment by cashier's check, money order or certified
check is required.
• Propane orders will be taken by AAA Propane at the mandatory vendor meeting (date and time TBA).
Hours
• Saturday, September 20, 10:00 a.m. to
7 p.m.
• Sunday, September 21, 10:00 a.m. to 7
p.m.
• All vendors are expected to be fully operational
during the established operating hours.
