Italian Lovers' Registration Form (Sunday)

Tournament Details:

This year's tournament will be a double elimination format. Colorado 's Italian-American Organizations will compete in a tournament against each other on Saturday, September 11 h . An Italian Lover's Tournament will take place on Sunday, September 12th , and will open to the general public to register for in advance. The winning team from the Italian-American Organization Tournament will return on Sunday afternoon to play the winner of the Italian Lover's Bocce Tournament for the grand prize of $500. The schedule for the 2-day tournament is as follows:

 

Saturday, September 11th :

9:00 AM- Check-in for Italian-American Organizations Bocce Tournament

9:30 AM- Games Begin

TBD-   1 st place prize awarded to winning team

 

Sunday, September 12th :

9:00 AM- Check-in for Italian Lover's Bocce Tournament

9:30 AM- Games Begin

TBD-   1 st place prize awarded to winning team

 

FINAL GAME FOR THE GRAND PRIZE featuring the winning team of the Italian-American Organizations Bocce Tournament and the winning team of the Italian Lover's Bocce Tournament will be held Sunday afternoon, time TBD.

 

The tournaments will take place in the Belmar district in Lakewood , CO . Four bocce courts will be set up in the parking lot on the corner of Alaska Drive and Saulsbury St, allowing 8 teams to play at once.

 

A registration fee of $60 is required to enter into the tournament. Court set-up and all equipment will be provided. A first place prize will be awarded to the winning team of the Saturday and Sunday tournaments, and a grand prize of $500 will be awarded to the winner of the final tournament on Sunday evening.
