Belmar features design and fine art works from the region including furniture, graphic design, interiors, fabric design, photography, art education and more. Through partnerships with design, business professionals, artists and students, Block 7 has been created to serve as the center for a synergy of artists and designers in the Denver art community. Seven individual storefronts and one main gallery house a dynamic schedule of exhibits and events.

VOLUME: Posters & Art from Jay Vollmar's Basement
Westword Art Director, Screen Printer, and 3D Artist, Jay Vollmar, will show a variety of works pulled from the depths of his collection. Students are invited for an informal chat with Vollmar about printmaking and graphic design at 4:30pm, before the opening.

Working With Artists, Belmar's photography school, offers year-round photography workshops and classes-beginning to professional!
Beginning and Continuing photo classes start monthly in Belmar, weekend workshops change every month and include programs in Adobe Photoshop, Digital Printing, Portraiture, Figure, Landscape, Special Processes and more! Prices range from $45 - $400 for local programs. International programs are offered annually in Spain, France, Indonesia and Australia.

Flash, A Working with Artists Space
The WWA gallery offers a new photographic exhibit every month featuring work from established and emerging artists - local, regional, national, and international. Calls for Entries are open to everyone and are posted monthly for each upcoming show. Coffee with the Juror is usually scheduled during the show and the public is invited to attend free of charge.
3rd Thursday Art & Ideas in Block 7
A different presenter is scheduled every month on 3rd Thursdays at FLash, A Working with Artists Space ($6 Members/$10 General), followed by an open critique (FREE Admission) - photographic artists are encouraged to bring 2-4 prints for friendly feedback. MGW
MGW is a custom sewing business featuring home interiors and alterations--windows, bedding, pillows, cushions, slipcovers, and hemming. MGW is located in Studio F.
WORKING WITH ARTISTS
Working with Artists is a nonprofit art school offering programs focused in the photographic arts. Workshops and classes are offered year-round in our professional studio and digital classroom. WWA is located in studios A through C, and their gallery FLASH is in the middle of the block.
